Any community member: artisans, traders, workers, families, elderly persons, and students. Enrollment is open regardless of pre-existing conditions.

Premiums are determined by your State Health Insurance Agency. We help communities reduce overall costs through group enrollment and flexible payment plans.

Coverage typically includes outpatient care, maternity, emergency care, medications, lab tests, surgeries, and child health depending on your state’s CHI benefits package.

You can pay via selected POS agents in community, bank transfer, USSD, mobile money, or installments. Some communities can also use cooperative systems or produce barter options.
