This document constitutes a legal agreement between you (the user/enrollee) and AdugboInsure Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website or using our registration platform (either directly or via our agents), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or are not of legal age to enter into this agreement, you may not use the AdugboInsure services.

1. Introduction

AdugboInsure Limited is a private company duly incorporated under Nigerian law. We provide a digital registration platform that enables community members to enroll in various health insurance programmes. We work with verified agents to provide assistance and support at the grassroots level. The services provided by AdugboInsure are strictly for the purpose of registration, sensitization, and information management related to health insurance coverage.

2. Consent to Use of Services

  • You authorize AdugboInsure to collect and process your personal information strictly for the purpose of enrolling you into a health insurance programme.
  • You understand and accept that any information shared is subject to our privacy standards and applicable Nigerian data protection laws.
  • You agree to receive communication electronically via SMS, email, or through our field agents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent if you are underage. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details remain up to date.

4. User Data and Privacy

  • AdugboInsure only collects data necessary for the purpose of insurance enrollment and verification.
  • All personal data is handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for fulfillment of our service to you.
  • Your data may be used to generate aggregated insights for health programme development without personally identifying you.

5. Use of Platform and Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and shall not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Attempt to tamper with the platform’s functionality or security.
  • Impersonate another individual or submit information on their behalf without proper authorization.

We reserve the right to deny or restrict access to our services if any misuse is suspected.

6. Verification and Communication

  • Agents representing AdugboInsure may contact you physically or digitally to verify your information or assist with your enrollment.
  • By registering, you consent to such follow-up communications.
  • You understand that successful registration does not automatically guarantee health coverage until validated by the respective insurance provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdugboInsure acts as a technology platform and facilitator of insurance enrollment. We do not underwrite insurance or determine eligibility for claims. We are not liable for any delay, error, or failure on the part of the health insurance provider or for any losses suffered due to incomplete or incorrect registration data provided by you.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, platform features, and related materials are the exclusive property of AdugboInsure. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at our sole discretion, particularly where there is suspected abuse or breach of these Terms. You may also withdraw your participation in the program by notifying us through our designated support channel.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
